Everyone loves those crunchy thin Pizza’s that are commonly found in restaurants. With the Lamb Brand Pizza Ristorante Mix you can make your very own at home!

The Lamb Brand Pizza Ristorante, is a ready to use mix of flour and other ingredients to easily make a homemade pizza.  Simply add oil and water and your dough is ready.  

If you are baking pizza immediately, we suggest that warm water is used about 38oC.  Use cold water if the dough will be refrigerated for later use. The Lamb Brand Ristorante Pizza Mix can also be used to make dough for focaccia amongst other recipes. The dough can also be frozen for up to a month.
