The Lamb Brand Flour “00” is a 100% soft wheat flour. The name “00” is derived from how finely ground the flour is and how much of the wheat bran and germ have been removed.
The Flour “00” is ideal for crispy pizza dough, focaccia and sponge, do not use this flour for fruit cakes, pastry or bread baking.
