Lingue di passero is a long pasta which are slightly oval-shaped. It is delicious with seafood, try it with a classic vongole sauce or with a green Pesto Genovese. It gives an original touch to another classic dish. Lovely too with vegetable sauces eg. red peppers or courgettes and cream.
