Lamb Brand Soft Brown Sugar is made by coating white beet sugar crystals with a film of brown cane syrup and enriched with caramel syrup.
 
In baking, Brown Sugar produces a rich golden-brown colour and enhances the porous character of the baked goods. Brown Sugar is not only used in baked goods, it is also invaluable for dark-coloured fillings, creamy desserts and milk products to which it lends a delicate caramel aroma.
