Lamb Brand Topping Mix is a specially formulated powder ready to use in just 5 minutes. Add to cold milk and whisk until light and fluffy to obtain the perfect whipped topping. Use topping mix to decorate all your favourite desserts. Ideal for pies, fruit salads, mousse, cakes, milkshakes, puddings and even ice-cream.

All you have to do is just add 400 ml of cold milk to 200g of Topping Mix. Whisk for 3 minutes with a blender on slow speed and a further 2 minutes on the fast speed.

Whipped topping tends to lose its creamy fluffy texture and taste when frozen, especially for long periods. To avoid waste, it is suggested to make the required amount every time.
