It's not your typical chocolate cake but it's definitelty a winner! A lovey moist option for summer.

You will need:
HELLO Orang Juice 1/2 cup
Lamb Brand White Granulated Sugar 300g
Lamb Brand Plain Flour 230g
Lamb Brand Baking Powder 3 tsp
Lamb Brand Table Salt 1/2 tsp
Lamb Brand Icing Sugar 2 tbsp, for garnish
Plain Yoghurt 170g
Eggs 4
Orange Zest 2 tbsp
Olive Oil 3/4 cup
Rosemary 1 tbsp, chopped finely
All you have to do is:
1. Preheat oven to 180°C /350 °F /Gas mark 4.
2. Butter the sides and bottom of a 9” springform cake pan. Dust with flour. Set aside.
3. Shift together all the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and rosemary. Set aside.
4. In the bowl of the stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, mix all the reaming ingredients: eggs, yogurt, orange juice, orange zest, and olive oil. Mix on low speed just until combined.
5. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet. Mix on medium - high speed, for 3 minutes, just until all are incorporated.
6. Baked in a preheated oven for 45 - 50 minutes.
7. Cool completely on a wire rack before dusting with powdered sugar.
8. Store covered in the refrigerator for up to one week.
