Warming and sensual this coffee is something special.

Serves 8

All you need is:

Lamb Brand Ground Cinnamon 2 teaspoons

Lamb Brand Icing Sugar 1 1/2 tablespoons

Lamb Brand White Granulated Sugar 1 tablespoon

Lamb Brand Ground Nutmeg 1 teaspoon

Lamb Brand Topping Mix 3/4 cup

Water 7 cups

Ground Cardamom 5 teaspoons

Freshly Ground Coffee 1 cup, preferrable a mild roast

Brandy 1 tablespoon

All you have to do is:

1. Prepare topping mix as per packet instructions in a large bowl.

2. Add icing sugar and brandy; beat to peaks.

3. Place ground coffee, cardamom, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg in coffee filter.

4. Mix gently using a spoon.

5. Add water to the coffee maker and brew according to manufacturer's instructions.

6. Divide coffee among 8 cups.

7. Garnish each with a dollop of whipped cream and serve immediately.
