Cappuccino mix that can be placed in a jar. It makes a great gift to go along with home made cookies!

Makes 24 servings 

All you need is:

Lamb Brand White Granulated Sugar 1/2 cup

Lamb Brand Ground Cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon

Lamb Brand Ground Nutmeg 1/4 teaspoon

Instant Coffee Granules 3/4 cup

Powdered Non-Dairy Creamer 1 cup 

Powdered Chocolate Drink Mix 1 cup

All you have to do is:

1. Put the instant coffee into a food processor, and process to a fine powder. If you don't have a food processor, put it into a large plastic bag, and crush with a rolling pin.

2. In a large bowl, combine creamer, chocolate mix, instant coffee, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

3. Stir together until well mixed.

4. Spoon into a jar.

5. Attach a note to the jar that reads: Cappuccino: Place 2 tablespoons mix in a mug, pour in 3/4 cup boiling water, and stir until dissolved. Serve hot.
