This hot, creamy coffee with whiskey classic will warm you to the bone.
Serves 2
All you need is:
Lamb Brand Topping Mix 90ml
Lamb Brand Brown Sugar 25g
Fresh Strong Black Coffee 425ml
Irish whiskey 4 tbsp
All you have to do is:
1. Divide the whisky and brown sugar between two heatproof serving glasses.
2. Pour the hot coffee into the glasses to come about 4cm from the top.
3. Very carefully and steadily pour the cream over the back of a spoon to float on top of the coffee.
4. Drink at once and enjoy!
