OPERATIONS MANAGER

The ideal candidate will be responsible to run the day-to-day operations to find ways to make the company more productive by providing effective methods in its business operations, controls inventory, handles logistics and interviews and supervises employees. The person interested in this position needs to have a strong leadership background and must know how to handle problems quickly and efficiently. In addition, he or she must have great communication skills and should be able to provide a work environment that leads positive energy, creativity and teamwork among employees.  Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the chosen individual must have a good level of education, be self motivated, able to work under pressure, loves food and enjoys cooking. Applicants with previous experience and marketing techniques will be given preference.
