A responsible and mature Sales & Credit Verifier is needed to assist one of the leading companies involved in the local manufacturing and distribution sector of food products.

The post calls for a dynamic, creative, well-educated, organized individual who is a good team player and can think on their feet and pre-empt situations. An eye for detail, good communication skills including English, Maltese and Italian languages would be considered an asset, whilst knowledge of sales and accounts is also required. Applicants should hold ECDL qualifications. Main responsibilities will include:

• Liaising with Sales Manager and ensuring that pricings and ongoing offers are in line with the company’s price structure 
• Creating new account on IT system 
• The organisation and development of price matrix structure 
• Issuing of credit notes and other invoices as per necessity 
• Taking note and keeping record of all invoices 
• Communicating with accounts department
