Nature Line Ltd, are looking for energetic and hard-working individuals to join our team on full-time and part-time basis. Reporting directly to the Sales & Marketing Manager, the prospective candidates must work within key client accounts to ensure product availability and maximise product exposure. Other responsibilities will include:
· planning product ranges and preparing sales and stock plans in conjunction with sales representatives;
· maintaining a comprehensive library of appropriate data;
· working closely with visual-display staff and department heads to decide how goods should be displayed to maximise sales;
· producing layout plans for stores and monitor stock rotation
· controlling stock levels based on forecasts for the season;
· monitoring slow sellers and taking action to reduce prices or set promotions as necessary;
· gathering information on customers' reactions to products;
· analysing the previous season's sales and reporting on the current season's lines
· identifying production and supply difficulties and dealing with any problems or delays as they arise;
· attend merchandisers’ meetings as shall be directed;
· attending regular product knowledge training sessions.
Applicants are required to be fluent both in Maltese & English, have excellent communication and negotiation skills and posses a clean driving licence and have own transport. Experience in a similar position is ideal but not essential since training will be provided. An attractive remuneration package is being offered to the right candidates.
