A reliable Office Administrator is needed to assist one of the leading companies involved in the local manufacturing sector of food products.
The post calls for a dynamic, creative, well-educated, organized individual who is a good team player and can think on their feet and pre-empt situations. An eye for detail, good communication skills including English, Maltese and Italian languages would be considered an asset, whilst some knowledge of accounts is also required. Applicants should hold ECDL qualifications.
Main duties will include:
- working hand in hand with the Office Administrator
- issuing of credit notes - general administration duties
- scheduling appointments and organizing boardroom for meetings
- dealing with customers’ requests and queries through our social media platforms
- assisting customers who visit office and help them out with their queries
- stationery and other consumables maintenance
- maintaining petty cash
- other clerical general duties
