Aioli

Aioli can be used as a dip for grilled or steamed vegetables, or even on a simply cooked fish

All you will need is:

Lamb Brand Ground Almonds / Cashews, soaked overnight, 50g  

Lamb Brand Salt and Pepper, pinch

Tabasco Sauce, 1⁄2 tsp.

Olive oil, 50ml

Water, 50ml

White wine / apple cider vinegar, 1 tbsp.

Lemon juice, 1 tsp.

Maple syrup, 1 tsp.

Dijon mustard, 1⁄2 tsp.

Garlic cloves, minced or finely chopped, 2

All you have to do is:

Process all ingredients in a food processor or blender, until smooth and creamy.

Notes: 

  • Leftovers can be covered and refrigerated for up to 5 days. 
  • This sauce is perfect for veggie burgers, sweet potato fries, onion rings and more.
