Metodu:

  1. Sahhan il-forn 180°C jew Gas Mark 4. Sprejja dixx ta’ 16cm x 28cm. 
  2. Go skutella habbat tajjeb l-abjad tal-bajd u z-zokkor u tellaghhom xkuma. 
  3. Fi skutella ohra hallat id-dqiq mal-ingredjenti l-ohra minbarra l-isfar tal-bajd u l-halib. Hawwad sew b’imgharfa kbira tal-metall. 
  4. Zid l-isfar tal-bajd u kompli hawwad. 
  5. Itfa’ t-tahlita tal-frott ftit, ftit fl-abjad tal-bajd u z-zokkor u hawwad sew bl-imgharfa tal-metall halli ddahhal l-arja (folding). 
  6. Zid il-halib u kompli hawwad. 
  7. Poggi t-tahlita fid-dixx u ahmi ghal madwar 30 minuta. Ara li l-gellewz tal-wicc jihmar sew imma ma jinharaqx. 
  8. Ohrog it-torta mill-forn u halliha tiksah fid-dixx qabel isservi.
