Chia seed pudding is a simple and delicious way to easily get the benefits of chia seeds. It takes minutes to make and has enough protein and nutrients to be a quick, on-the-go breakfast option.
This chia pudding could be put in small mason jars or even squeeze pouches to be included for school lunches.
Serves: 4
You will need:
Lamb Brand Chia Seeds 9 tbsp.
Lamb Brand Vanilla Powder 2 tsp.
Lamb Brand Nuts or Seeds
Lamb Brand Dried Fruit
Milk of your choice 750ml
Honey 2 tbsp.
All you have to do is:
1. Process the almond milk, vanilla and honey in a blender. Then, add the chia seeds and pulse for a few seconds to combine.
2. Transfer to a closed jar or covered bowl. Let sit for at least 1 hour in the fridge or up to 5 days.
3. Stir and top with your choices of fruit and nuts / seeds.
