Chocolate Balls are loved by children and adults alike. This recipe is a great cooking activity for children.
YOU WILL NEED:
Lamb Brand Coconut for covering
Morning Coffee Biscuits 300g, crushed
Cocoa Powder 3 tbsp
Vermouth 3 tbsp
Condensed Milk 1 can approx 400g
ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS:
1. Crush the morning coffee biscuits well and combine with all other ingredients except for the coconut.
2. Once the mixture is blended well and sticky, use your hands to shape into 3cm or 4cm balls.
3. Place the coconut flakes onto a small plate and roll the balls individually so that each ball is well coated.
