Chocolate & Orange Puddings

These delicious puddings are the perfect end to a dinner party meal or just a tasty dessert to treat your family.

 

You will need:

Lamb Brand Caster Sugar 190g

Lamb Brand Plain Flour 75g

Dark Chocolate 150g

Mayonnaise 150g

Whole Eggs 3

Egg Yolks 3

Orange Liqueur 2 tbsp

Finely grated zest of 2 oranges

 

You will also need:

Melted butter and extra cocoa powder for the moulds

All you have to do is:

1. Preheat the oven to 180C. Line your fondant moulds with butter and cocoa powder and put in the fridge to set the butter. 

2. Next, whisk the eggs, yolks and sugar in a large bowl until fluffy. 

3. Melt the chocolate in a bowl over hot water. 

4. Carefully fold the flour into the egg mixture, followed by the mayonnaise, orange zest and the melted chocolate. 

5. Fill the moulds with the fondant mix and bake for 10-15 minutes until set. 

6. Allow to rest a few minutes, remove from the moulds and place onto your serving plates. 

7. Pour over the orange liqueur and dust with extra cocoa powder before serving.
