A simple, wholesome recipe for whole wheat banana pancakes.
You will need:
Lamb Brand Wholemeal Flour 125g
Lamb Brand Chocolate Flakes 50g
Lamb Brand Baking Powder 1 tsp
Semi-Skimmed Milk 300ml
Cream Cheese 2 tbsp
Honey 2 tbsp
Bananas 1-2
Egg 1
All you have to do is:
1. Place the flour in a large bowl, mix in the egg and gradually whisk in the milk to give a smooth batter.
2. Heat a little oil in a small frying pan and add a little of the batter to cover the base thinly.
3. Cook the pancake for 1 minute until golden, turn and cook for 30 seconds.
4. Repeat to make eight pancakes and then use the tip to fill your pancake.
