These chocolate peanut butter bars are so easy to prepare and are totally addictive.
You will need:
Lamb Brand Blanched Peanuts 300g
Lamb Brand Brown Sugar 2tbsp
Icam Chocolate Bars 2
Sunflower Oil
All you have to do is:
1. Roast peanuts for 15 minutes in a pre heated oven 180C (until you can smell them). Let cool and place in a blender. Blend with oil till the nuts become a liquid that can be poured out.
2. Pour and press evenly into the bottom of an ungreased 9x13 inch pan or container and place in freezer till it is frozen (2hrs)
3. In a metal bowl over simmering water, melt the chocolate until soft. Spread over the prepared crust. Refrigerate for at least one hour before cutting into squares.
4. When peanut butter is frozen, prepare to pour on top of it and evenly the melted chocolate. Place in freezer (2hrs).
5. Get out of freezer an hour before serving and place in fridge.
6. Cut in bars and its ready to serve.
